How it works
- Photograph it. Take a wide shot showing where the scooter or e-bike is and who it blocks, a photo of the device, and a close-up of the operator logo and vehicle ID number.
- Fill in the report — either fill in the form yourself, or upload your photos first and let AI suggest the operator, ID number and problems. You check and edit everything. Tick “Extremely dangerous” only if it caused, or nearly caused, an accident. If the AI is busy, you can fill it in yourself or save a draft: we email you a link to finish it once the AI has read your photos (drafts are kept for 24 hours at most).
- Confirm your email (unless you're signed in with a verified email). Anonymous reports need a one-click confirmation link.
- A moderator checks it and the service emails the operator on your behalf, with your photos. Urgent reports are marked “URGENT safety hazard”. Your contact details are included only if you tick the box; your home address never is.
- It goes on the public map (without your personal details — signed-in reporters appear under their public nickname) unless you choose not to list it.
Reporting with the Android app works differently: the app sends the report from your own email (Gmail or your mail app) straight away, so there is no email confirmation or moderation step. If you turn on “Record my reports on the website” (signed in), the app also uploads a record of each report you sent, for your history here, the public map and the statistics — the website never emails the operator again for those.
Prefer to contact the operator yourself? See the official contact details for each operator, including local phone numbers and email addresses, or send a report through this site and we will forward it for you.
Limits
To keep the service fair and stop spam reaching operators, there are limits on how much can be submitted. Day = the last 24 hours; month = the last 30 days. If you reach one, the page tells you when you can report again.
| Per day | Per 30 days | |
|---|---|---|
| Reports without an account (per email address and per network) | 5 | 20 |
| Reports from a signed-in account (website and app together) | 20 | 200 |
| AI photo analyses (per account, or per network without an account) | 20 | — |
Moderators and administrators aren't limited. Councils or groups that need more can email [email protected].
