How to report a badly parked scooter to the operator
You can report it through Scooter Parking Crimes and a moderator will forward it to the operator for you. You can also contact the operator directly — often the fastest route for an urgent obstruction. Below are the official channels we could verify for each operator in our catalogue, including local phone numbers and email addresses where they are published.
Every page shows its sources and the date the details were last checked. If a number or address has changed, please tell us.

What to include in any report
- The operator and the vehicle ID (usually on the stem, deck or under the QR code).
- A photo of the whole vehicle and what it is blocking, plus a close-up of the ID.
- The exact address, nearest landmark and the time you saw it.
- Whether it is urgent — for example, blocking a road, a crossing, a ramp or a fire exit.
