What is public
For reports that have been sent to an operator: the location of the scooter, the operator, the device number, the problems ticked, the downsampled photos (with all photo metadata removed) and the date. Report notes, email text, and anything identifying the reporter are never public.
The leaderboard shows a display name only if you chose one and opted in; otherwise you appear as “Anonymous”.
App users (Google sign-in)
Cloud sync in the app is off unless you switch it on. When on, a copy of each report you send — including the email text, which may contain the contact details you chose to include — is stored so you can see it here. Your Google account id, email and name are stored to identify you; they are not shown publicly.
Web form reporters
Your name, address, email and (optional) mobile are kept to verify the report and stop abuse. They are seen only by moderators. If you leave “include my contact details” ticked, your name, email and mobile (not your address) are included in the email forwarded to the operator so they can reply to you.
Deleting your data
Signed-in users can delete everything linked to their account from My reports. Web-form reporters can ask a moderator to remove a report by replying to the confirmation email.
