What to include
- Include the vehicle ID printed on the stem or deck, and the orange Neuron branding in your photo.
- Give the exact address, nearest landmark and the time you saw it.
- Use the city-specific email or phone above when one is listed; it reaches the local operations team.
- For an injury or crash, use the incident-reporting option in the app rather than a parking report.
If Neuron does not respond
Contact the council or transport authority that permits shared scooters in your city. Councils hold the operator's permit conditions and usually have an escalation contact, and many have their own reporting form for badly parked hire vehicles. If the vehicle is blocking a road or a crossing and is an immediate danger, contact your local authority or emergency services as appropriate.
You can also report it here: a moderator checks reports and forwards them to the operator on your behalf, and the report appears on the public map so councils and operators can see where problems cluster.
Questions
How do I report a badly parked Neuron scooter?
Use the Help section of the Neuron app, or the 24/7 phone number and city support email listed above. Give the vehicle ID, location, time and a photo.
Why is there a different email for each city?
Neuron operates through local councils and city teams, so it publishes city-specific support addresses such as [email protected] and [email protected]. Use the one for the city where the vehicle is.
What if there is no contact listed for my city?
Use the Neuron app or support.rideneuron.com. You can also ask your local council for the operator contact it holds under the scooter permit.
