How to report a badly parked Voi scooter or e-bike
Voi runs shared e-scooters and e-bikes in cities across Europe. Voi's reporting form is the most direct route for a misparked vehicle; the in-app chat and support email are the other official channels.

What to include
- Voi's form asks for the 4-digit ID below the QR code on the handlebar.
- Choose 'Misparked vehicle' and add a photo if you can.
- Confirm or correct the location on the form before submitting.
- For reckless riding, choose that category; for a crash, use Voi's incident channel.
If Voi does not respond
Contact the council or transport authority that permits shared scooters in your city. Councils hold the operator's permit conditions and usually have an escalation contact, and many have their own reporting form for badly parked hire vehicles. If the vehicle is blocking a road or a crossing and is an immediate danger, contact your local authority or emergency services as appropriate.
